On March 13, 2019, in the unfair competition case and the copyright infringement case of Jaguar Land Rover vs. Jiangling Holdings Ltd. and Beijing Dachang Landwind Trading Co. Ltd., Beijing Chaoyang District people’s court made a judgment of first instance, ordering Jiangling and Dachang Landwind to stop the infringement and compensate Jaguar Land Rover for the economic loss of RMB 1,500,000.
